These terms govern your use of VisionEdu. Please read them carefully before creating an account or accessing any platform features.

By registering an account or using any part of the VisionEdu platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — students, instructors, and administrators.
Your access to and use of VisionEdu is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform.
If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an institution or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use VisionEdu. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under the age of 18 should have appropriate parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each person may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is prohibited.

Course and exam content on VisionEdu is provided by instructors. We review submissions before publication, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any instructor-created content.
Access to a course or exam is granted upon successful enrollment or purchase. Access may be revoked if your account is suspended or if the course is removed from the platform.
Exam scores, attempt records, and progress data are stored in your account. Platform certificates, where issued, reflect completion of the associated content but do not constitute formal academic credentials unless explicitly stated.
Instructors may update or remove their course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of significant changes, but cannot guarantee continuity of specific content versions.
VisionEdu provides a wallet system for managing platform credits. Wallet balances are denominated in the currency displayed in your account and are used to purchase courses and standalone exams.
All purchases on VisionEdu — including courses and standalone exams — are made using your wallet balance or valid payment codes. Prices are displayed in your account currency at the time of purchase.
Once a course or exam has been accessed, refunds are generally not available. If you believe a charge was made in error or there is a technical issue that prevented you from accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing on the platform at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed. Wallet balances added to your account are not automatically refunded if pricing changes occur after the top-up.
We do not process direct card payments or bank transfers through the platform interface. All transactions are mediated through the wallet or code system.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on VisionEdu:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
All platform code, design, interface elements, branding, and original content produced by VisionEdu are the intellectual property of the platform and are protected accordingly.
Course content created by instructors remains the property of those instructors. By publishing content on VisionEdu, instructors grant the platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver that content to enrolled students.
Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and view purchased course content for their own learning purposes. This does not grant any right to copy, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited behavior, or poses a risk to the platform or its users.
In cases of serious or repeated violations, accounts may be permanently banned. Wallet balances associated with banned accounts may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
You may also close your own account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, your access to enrolled courses and exam history will be discontinued.
We strive to keep VisionEdu available and running reliably. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove platform features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to users in advance.
We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform or changes to features.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, VisionEdu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to purchased content, or interruption of service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the platform in the three months preceding the claim.
Course content is provided by independent instructors. We do not warrant the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of any course or exam, and are not responsible for instructor-provided content.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify active users through the platform or via email.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
