• To provide access to courses, exams, and other platform features based on your role and enrollment status.
• To process wallet transactions, payment code redemptions, and purchase orders.

When you register, we store your name, email address, hashed password, and assigned role. Your email is used as your primary identifier and for account-related communications.

Instructors may have additional profile fields visible to students, such as a public bio and profile photo. You control what profile information you provide.

Administrators may view account details and activity summaries as part of platform oversight and moderation responsibilities. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel only.

We record your interactions with courses and exams to enable core platform features. This includes:

• Which courses you are enrolled in and when you enrolled.
• Lesson completion status and overall course progress percentages.
• Exam attempt records — start time, submission time, score, pass/fail result, and individual answers.
• Quiz responses stored within lesson content for local progress tracking.

Instructors can view aggregated enrollment and progress data for their own courses. Individual student data is not exposed to other students.

Our platform uses a wallet system to facilitate payments for courses and standalone exams. We record:

• Your wallet balance, currency, and transaction history (credits and debits).
• Payment codes you have created (instructors) or redeemed (students), including usage timestamps.
• Order records for course and exam purchases, including payment method (wallet, code, or mixed) and amounts.

All financial records are stored securely and are accessible to you through your dashboard. Administrators may access financial data for audit and moderation purposes only.

We do not store or transmit sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers or bank account details.

We use essential cookies to manage your authenticated session. Authentication tokens are stored as secure, HTTP-only cookies and are not accessible to client-side scripts.

We may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type. This information is used solely for security, debugging, and platform performance purposes.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify users accordingly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Instructors can view enrollment data for their own courses, but cannot access the full personal profiles or financial data of their students.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal, financial, or security obligations.

Transaction records and audit logs may be retained for longer periods as required by platform integrity and accountability standards.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These include:

• Passwords hashed using a strong one-way algorithm (Argon2).
• Authentication tokens stored as HTTP-only cookies.
• Access to administrative functions restricted by role-based controls.
• Refresh tokens hashed before storage.

No system is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to log out when using shared devices.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — you may view your account data, enrolled courses, exam history, and wallet transactions through your dashboard at any time.
• Correction — you may update your profile information at any time from your account settings.
• Deletion — you may contact us to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
